exceptionally clean property, really helpful staff. the queen room with the computer, a free breakfast, as example. a great selection of brilliant food. comfortable location for our needs, very close to the center of cortez, a great supermarket and a grocery store, liquor store. and 15 mins walk to waves indoor waterpark. private parking on site provided. easy check-in.

I had fairly nice days staying at this low-budget hotel. Units on lower level. And it was neat compared to other rooms in Cortez.

The personnel was cooperative and polite.

Also, location was particularly good and decent, a 10-15 minute walk from Cultural Park. The hotel itself was in a quiet area, close enough to town centre, multiple restaurants and grocery store.

The room was well-decorated and had a cozy vibe. I loved the comfy bed and the little seating area by the window where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.

Common areas could use more maintenance.

First off, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a little hiccup when I got a room with two queens instead of the king I booked, but it was alright, they had a nice fridge and microwave, very handy. Plus, breakfast was surprisingly good, just like a proper meal, not some glorified snacks.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what I got.

The hotel had a nice location near restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I needed assistance. The cleanliness was questionable, with crumbs under the bed and an unwashed blanket that I recognized from my prior stay. I’d consider returning but would inspect the room first.

The lobby's modern decor was like a chic art gallery. The well-lit parking lot was a great bonus for navigating easily at night.

Our family found this gem quite unexpectedly. The modern decor and spacious beautiful king room. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, just enough to fuel our day. Pro tip, find nearby restaurants for a wider selection. A pleasant surprise overall!
